We give you two convenient ways to use this form to enroll. You may either enroll online with your credit card or electronic check (U.S. accounts only) by clicking on the link below. Or, you may enroll by mail or fax with your credit card, check (U.S. accounts only), or money order (U.S. funds only) simply click on the link below and fill in the necessary information then print the invoice if you intend to pay by mail or fax.
Remember, no matter which option you choose, you may enroll for a low down payment. And we'll automatically put you on our affordable, monthly tuition plan. If you choose this option we will send you an enrollment agreement form. As soon as we receive your signed enrollment agreement, we'll rush your first shipment of course materials to you.

Professional Mediation Certificate Training Program Tuition:
Your tuition covers everything you'll need to complete your course: texts, study guides, supplemental materials, achievement exams, and instructional support. You will have up to 6-9 months from your date of enrollment to finish your studies. See the Enrollment Agreement for details.
TUITION
We offer several tuition payment options. You may either pay the full tuition price at time of enrollment; or, you may enroll with a single low down payment which will automatically put you on our monthly tuition plan. All students are charged a one time nonrefundable $99.00 registration fee which has already been included in the tuition shown above. Students not enrolled in the automatic debit tuition program will be charged $5 additional each month.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling is $35.00 to residents of the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international residents will be charged additional shipping and handling fees. These fees will vary based on location and package weight. Please call the Institute for details. This fee in addition to the amount above and it is non-refundable. By selecting the course that interests you, you will find all tuition and fees associated with your course.
PAYMENT PLANS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for your tuition and fees. We also accept checks and money orders. You may choose one of two methods to pay your tuition: 1) Full tuition for your course in advance. 2) Easy, interest-free monthly tuition with a down payment, paid via check, money order, or credit card, you may take advantage of our convenient monthly tuition plan.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Unless you pay your total tuition in advance or choose to have monthly statements mailed to you for a $5 additional fee each month, we will set your tuition account on automatic debit for the remaining payments. You may make larger payments at any time as there are no prepayment penalties. However, should your payments arrive late, it may delay shipment of your next set of course materials and you will be subject to a late fee of $10.00 each time.
Enrollment Dates:
You may enroll and begin a program at any time. There are no specific starting or ending dates. Enrollment applications are accepted throughout the year. An enrollment agreement is subject to final approval and acceptance by an American Center for Conflict Resolution Institute school official.
If, for any reason, you are not accepted into American Center for Conflict Resolution Institute, all monies remitted with the Enrollment Application will be promptly returned.
NOTE: FOR EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS
Some students may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement of their tuition by their employers. Your company may be able to take advantage of The Employee Education Assistance Act (IRS Code, Section 127). Check with your supervisor or personnel department
Transfer of Credit Hours:
American Center for Conflict Resolution Institute neither guarantees nor implies that other institutions will accept credit hours earned at the Institute. A student who anticipates transferring to another institution should first contact the other institution to determine whether or not their credit hours will transfer. Policies governing the transferability of credit vary greatly from school to school.
